Join us this Saturday to view the sandhill cranes! Come listen to a PowerPoint presentation given by long time volunteer and sandhill crane surveyor, Jim Montgomery, about sandhill cranes and how special and unique Bitter Lake NWR is for the cranes. We will serve cocoa, hot spice tea and cookies at 4:00 p.m. before the presentation at 4:30 p.m. then head to the field to watch the sandhill cranes returning to the refuge wetlands!
