Join us in Roswell, NM as fireworks light up the sky and live music fills the air on July 4th as Roswell celebrates America’s Independence Day with the Roswell SERTOMA Club’s Mike Satterfield Memorial 20th Annual Fireworks Extravaganza hosted by Roswell SERTOMA Club and the City of Roswell.
The annual July 4th free event at Cielo Grande Recreation Area (1600 block West College Boulevard, Roswell, NM) takes place from 6 to 10 p.m. Jolly Jumps and a trackless train will entertain the kids, and fun summer food vendors will be on hand to keep us all from being hungry.
At 7:30 p.m., the pre-fireworks happenings will be highlighted by a performance by headliner The Swon Brothers, a country-music duo who rose to notoriety in 2013 on television’s “The Voice.” At 6:15, Roswell’s own Kristine Mirelle and her band will take the stage as the opening act. The 30-minute fireworks display will begin about 9:15 p.m. and will feature music simulcast on 97.1 FM.
A big thank you to our other sponsors including Lots of Laughs, Chef Todzilla’s Gourmet Burgers, Majestic Communications and Antigua’s - a restaurant coming soon to Roswell.
